Have you been to a Yoga class where everything's moving too quickly
and you can't keep up?
Or, maybe you lack the confidence to safely and properly execute a pose?
And, when it comes to transitioning from one pose to the next,
you feel clumsy and unsure of yourself?
Join me for this class to learn the techniques
for practicing sun salutations.
We'll make sure to warm up first.
I'll share modifications, when necessary.
And, you can add this more active component to
your yoga practice.
Elevate your heart rate; work up a sweat; and fire up those endorphins that give you that sense of elation and joy.
CAVEATS: Yoga experience is required.
You need to be at a certain fitness level to safely practice
sun salutations and flow (vinyasa).
Please check with me first if you're not confident
that you're a good match for this class.

Release and relieve physical and psychic aches and pains.Explore asana (movement); prana (breath);and the inner Self.The extended session allows for deeper revelation and understanding; and greater insight into the authentic You. I will guide you through poses, pausing and paying attention.

Standing poses, backbends and restorative poses.
